• Canine Flu Vaccine

• DHLPP

• Rabies

• Bordetella

• Negative Heartworm

• Negative fecal for regular worms and parasites (within 6 months)

• Negative fecal for Giardia done by an Elisa Test or Snap Test (within 6 months)

• They must also be on a Heartworm prevention and a separate flea/tick treatment
